Kokkai
Diet of Japan (国会, Kokkai) ist die nationale Zweikammerlegislative Japans. Das Gebäude der Nationalen Diät befindet sich in Nagatachō, Chiyoda, Tokio.
Es besteht aus dem Repräsentantenhaus (Unterhaus) und dem Rathaus (Oberhaus). Die Mitglieder der beiden Kammern des Landtages werden direkt gewählt. Der Landtag wählt den Premierminister.
