Division von La Trobe
Die Division von La Trobe ist eine australische Wahldivision im Bundesstaat Victoria. Sie umfasst die äußeren südöstlichen Vororte von Melbourne. Zuerst war sie näher an der Stadt, aber die Grenzen wurden inzwischen geändert. Ursprünglich umfasste sie die Vorstädte Croydon, Dandenong, Ferntree Gully und Ringwood. Heute umfasst sie Boronia, Belgrave, Ferntree Gully, Berwick, Beaconsfield, Officer, Gembrook, Emerald und Cockatoo.
Die Division wurde 1949 gegründet und nach Charles La Trobe, dem ersten Lieutenant-Gouverneur von Victoria, benannt.

Die erste Person, die den Sitz innehatte, war Richard Casey, Baron Casey, später der 16. Generalgouverneur von Australien. Später wurde ihm ein Sitz im britischen Oberhaus (House of Lords) zugewiesen. Die Division vonCasey, die neben La Trobe liegt, ist nach ihm benannt. Im Jahr 1961 war die Division Gegenstand eines Buches mit dem Titel Parties and People: A Survey Based on the La Trobe Electorate, von Creighton Burns.
